    Learn mental Jiu-Jitsu, avoid thinking traps and become more self-aware.

    Explore your strengths and beliefs about yourself and how we can use them or lose them to
    supercharge your motivation and confidence and live up to your potential.

  6. Positive Relationships

    Find out what it takes to build strong, meaningful and healthy connections with friends, family or significant other.

In life, we’re all bound to face storms along the way. We can’t avoid these challenges and we can’t predict them all either. We can prepare for them though! And when it comes to our mental health and that of our loved ones, we’re all about prevention being better than cure. Please note that we conduct a strict vetting process to ensure your safety and whether this program is suited for you or not.

  • First and foremost, this program is not for you if you’re not willing to put your ALL in it for the 13 weeks we work together. This program requires active participation and full commitment. It only works if you do the work.
  • It is also not a substitute for therapy. If you or your child is in need of proper treatment e.g. untreated eating disorder or drug addiction, recent suicide attempts and active self-harming,
    or shows serious defiance and opposition towards “authority” figures; we will not work with you or them without first receiving the necessary professional care.
  • People under the age of 16 unless special arrangements are made. This will depend on your teen’s willingness and maturity levels.

The focus of our program is to assist in the development of our internal resources so as to promote resilience and ultimately our well-being.

We sincerely hope it never gets to this but you may terminate the Coaching Agreement at any time. Regrettably, the program is non-refundable.

Our programs do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and is not to be used as a substitute for it either. We do not deal with counseling and are not qualified psychologists. Coaching is not an appropriate, stand-alone substitute for those suffering with mental illness or trauma of any kind.

The focus of our programs is to assist in personal transformation and the development of your internal resources so as to promote resilience and ultimately your well-being.

Both courses are designed to help you maximize your potential! The Transformation Coaching program is for those looking for a radical change in mindset and self-image, to break through barriers and emerge from the cocoon. If you’re committed to letting go of things that no longer serve and becoming a lighter, more empowered version of yourself, this program is for you!

Our Resilience Coaching program is suited to those who want to level up, supercharge their performance and learn the psychology behind lasting habits, growth mindset and sustainable change. If you’re committed to learning how to cruise through storms and develop an unshakeable mindset, this is for you!

The only pre-requisite is that you are 100% invested in your own growth.
